Brian DeVellis: bdevellis@raicohpartners.com is a Land Use/Environmental Attorney, as well as a Registered Landscape Architect. Mr. DeVellis’ practice has been defined by projects that provide sensible land use redevelopment with environmental appreciation. Mr. DeVellis has been successful in implementing complex land development projects in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire and the Bahamas; including the Golf Club of New England, an Arnold Palmer Golf Course in Stratham New Hampshire, the Pine Hills Community master plan in Plymouth MA, and master planning and permitting the Residences at University Park in West Hartford CT.

David Alexander: dalexander@raicohpartners.com has diversified experience in finance, land acquisition, sourcing of equity and debt as well as construction management and administration. Mr. Alexander has been responsible for the development management of projects with over $150 million in total value encompassing developments in New York City, Miami, Boston, Jacksonville and Tampa. Additionally, Mr. Alexander has worked in real estate private equity financing joint venture partnerships to development residential condominiums and apartments throughout the United States and Latin America. Mr. Alexander has a Masters of Science degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

Bernie Saulnier: bsaulnier@raicohpartners.com  is a Massachusetts Licensed General Contractor who brings construction expertise coupled with extensive design and permitting experience to the project team. Prior to beginning his own development company, Mr. Saulnier managed development projects for Wellfleet Design and Construction ranging from several hundred thousand dollars to over ten million dollars in and around Boston. His projects now range from renovations of historic mill properties to custom multi-million dollar new residential design and construction. Mr. Saulnier has managed the construction of unique condominium conversion projects such as the Crescent Court development in Boston MA, Prospect House in Revere MA, Brigham House in Watertown MA and City Point Lofts in South Boston.
