RaiCoh Partners,
LLC was formed in December 2006 with the purpose of
developing urban core condominiums, retail centers and
townhomes throughout New England and New York. Additionally,
RaiCoh Partners looks to invest and develop
affordable housing utilizing the Low Income Housing Tax
Credit Program.
Our primary focus is
on urban or "close-in" suburban sites. These sites require
creativity in design, financing, or programming to create
value. At RaiCoh we look to be the first developer in
to a neighborhood and through our projects reshape the
character and image of an area. As a result of our early in
philosophy we are able to provide high-end design at price
points that reach a greater number of end users. To mitigate
risk our projects are located close to key transportation
centers, restaurants and parks.
Charlesburg Builders
is a wholly owned general contractor and construction
manager handling all RaiCoh developments. With our in
house construction capability RaiCoh and Charlesburg
are able to advance projects quickly and efficiently while
maintaining project control and minimizing costly change
orders and cost overruns.
The principals of
RaiCoh bring each of there collective skill sets of
development, construction, design, permitting and finance to
all projects and remain hands on throughout all aspects of
the development cycle.
